An experienced and professional Housemanager with possibly a Yacht background someone who has covered all departments and can hands on help train and perform with a good positive attitude.

Management of household schedules and operations multi properties multi staff teams

  • Staff rota organisation and individual PDP with regular performance review
  • Maintaining and preparing property standards for the clients arrival and for as long as the clients are in or out of residence
  • Liaising and managing all external accounts with contractors, suppliers and  vendors.
  • Event planning and execution for formal and informal events
  • Recruitment and training  household staff
  • Computer literate with all MS office programs, Gantt Pro and Xero accounting software – MAC and PC
  • Daily and weekly account management of household financials such as utilities, staffing, petty cash, suppliers and miscellaneous expenses
  • Very knowledgeable  AV Systems including Sonos, Crestron and Savant
  • PA duties – Personal shopping, sourcing and booking appointments and running errands
  • Providing full formal Butler service for small dinners to large events.
  • Wardrobe  Ladies Maid duties
