The job is for a reliable professional couple who take full responsibility for the smooth running of the house and grounds- a good housekeeper who may enjoy a bit of cooking and a handy Maintenance Person who can oversee DIY of the properties and grounds. Along with security, driving. A really good all round role that may have more projects along the way. The ideal couple will be able to work as a good team and collaborate with the employers having initiative and ability. Build a good relationship and have the best interests of the couple and their lovely home at heart.
General maintenance of the properties and DIY including painting and basic repairs
Maintaining and arranging servicing of Garden Machinery
There are gardeners some help Grass Cutting, Strimming and leaf clearance .
Day to day swimming pool maintenance Liaising with contractors . Some driving and vehicle care.
The housekeeper will be undertaking care of the interior - keep things sparkling its a lovely interior modern and fresh high quality -
