An immediate opening for a DAILY Private family Chef or excellent fine dining cook for a family on an estate near Horsham west Sussex.
THIS IS A DAILY POST SO YOU NEED TO LIVE NEAR HORSHAM
PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED IN A POST FOR 18 months or longer by one employer with references AS A PRIVATE CHEF NOT A PRIVATE CATERER
5 days a week including weekends with Monday and Tuesday off - there are 4 months a year when the family travel when you are not working but continued to be paid - 1 at Christmas 1 at easter and 2 in the Summer. 8 to 8 to cover breakfast lunch and dinner (If very local may be able to manage a split shift.)
Grocery shopping and provisioning with cleanliness in the kitchen and the stores as well as keeping all the equipment and appliances clean and hygienic
Looking for a professional with an old fashioned service attitude who is able to go with the flow and while approving menus in advance and be organised with an alternative.
