Multi-Skilled Private Handyman
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am –5pm
Permanent, Full-Time. £40k -
Could be up to £50k depending on experience
A practical and hands-on Multi-Skilled Handyman to help maintain a beautiful residence near Hampstead as part of a super household team.
The successful candidate will be a practical, technically minded individual who enjoys being
hands-on and is happy to tackle a wide range of tasks. Previous experience in private residence or luxury hotel would be particularly relevant.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general property maintenance and minor repairs.
Identify and resolve maintenance issues and liaise with contractors.
Assist with the upkeep of the property's systems and equipment.
Carry out outdoor maintenance.
Keep vehicles clean, maintained and in good working order.Drive the principals and undertake errands when required.
The Ideal Candidate
Highly practical and technically minded.
Experienced in general property maintenance.
Confident using tools and maintenance equipment.
Proactive and reliable.
Able to work independently on their own initiative and alongside the household team.
Discreet, trustworthy and professional around the principals.
Essential Requirements
Previous hands-on maintenance experience.
Experience in a high-end residential, luxury hotel or similar environment.
Full clean UK driving licence and good knowledge of London.
Good spoken English.
Living within inner London with the ability to commute easily to Hampstead area
