Suit a single person with some experience and training who will be open to receiving instruction but can bring good skills and references 5 days a week typically Monday to Friday -circa 45- 50 hours
Services in 3 areas; bar, food service and wine service.
There are 3 meals per day, for family and if they have guests,
2 food runners helping, to set up, to bring food from kitchen.
This is a silver service waiter post with Beverage experience to Work between dining room and table -
Breakfast Setting the table bringing the food silver service clearing the table making sure everything is clean dishes put away after
Lunch and dinner setting for family circa 8pm
In charge of all the food service setting and training in high standards for a bar service, bar inventory, purchasing of products, taking care of cutlery and crockery, silver and all equipment needed for a service. Have initiative and be able to learn quickly and see what is needed.
