On a fine estate outside of Edinburgh. A friendly professional couple with all round property experience . An interest in heritage property, care of contents and with a versatile and ‘can do’ attitude.
The successful candidate will work closely to run 4 luxury lodges.
Attracting business and bookings and hosting high end travel agency visitors or media interest. Overseeing the website- posting social media. Enterprising to bring in revenues.
Suitably qualified applicants will ideally have a good level of experience in the rentals market and running a top end private enterprise.
Accommodation can be provided in a self contained one bedroom apartment (which you can use on duty if you live else where but don't want to commute)- available when the lodges are booked.
Your own vehicle will be required as the Estate is in a rural location.
Salary will be in the region of £25,000 per person. Weekend and evening work may be required throughout the year when lodges are booked.
