This is the time of year I start interviewing staff for easter holiday placements or Summer Villa staff and Ramadan chefs. Its been a pleasure this year to meet so many really highly skilled couples with excellent cooking skills and wide-ranging housekeeper and all round experience
Danny and Lauren are a perfect example – free from May to September 2019 they are already invited back to their Winter job for 2019-2020 . With a great attitude, they really like working together making things go smoothly and giving people the best holiday experiences.
