A second residence is a flat in Victoria.
Cleaning and tidy to a high standard for an exceptional interior in a brand new very high quality home.

Must be comfortable around dogs-
The principal is not always in residence - when in London he lives at the property in Hampstead and uses the Victoria Flat as a daybase for work and gym. He is a very private person so housekeeping is carried out when he is not in. The house has a full time housekeeper already so you will be workign together to make sure everything is kept nicely. There are great rotas all set up.
Typically Wednesday Thursday and Friday. Only when needed and with 2 weeks notice may be asked to work a couple of hours on a Saturday or Sunday on odd occassion when he goes to his country house.
General cleaning and helping keep the house properly maintained; helping with two smaller dogs when needed
(the German Shepherds are handled by professional dog walkers daily, and dog nannies )
Victoria flat: general cleaning and wardrobe management — rotating suits/work clothes, taking items to the local dry cleaner downstairs, keeping essentials stocked (toothpaste, shower gel, etc.). The principal never sleeps there — he uses it during the day for the gym, showering, lunch, or sometimes an hour after work.Typical jobs can include include; dusting, polishing, hoovering, bed making, floor mopping, silver and brass polishing, looking after, cooker and fridges etc
Ensuring all kitchen machinery, all glass, cutlery, china is well cared for and put away clean and ready for use. Polishing silver and cleaning glass candle holders etc.
Laundry: household laundry responsible for managing inc all delicate laundry. You should be confident looking after delicate fabrics and know how to care for them appropriately. Organising any dry cleaning plus the odd bit of mending, shoe polishing etc.
Keep things tidy. a special eye on keeping these two rooms tidy and surfaces clear and things put away in cupboards.
A regular check around and re-plump up and tidy.
It is important that a high level of security in the house
There will be a newly build residence in the same area there will be a a fully staffed home of exceptional quality - so they are looking for long term - 30 hours now and could be more hours offered if desired in the future.
30 hours. £50k this includes travel expences and is high to cover the possibility of odd hours over weekend days on occasion. This equates to £30 a hour approx.
