This gorgeous all round role is for one family Parents daughter and son (all adult) living locally to each other in Colchester, Braintree and South Suffolk. We require an employee who will work in each of the three locations. The role involves house sitting for holiday cover, turning out / shutting in and feeding horses as well as dog walking.
The successful applicant will be a full-time employee (and paid as such) although by its nature the work entail periods of house sitting or other work interspersed with days where no work is required. It can be 0 days a week to an odd hour to walk a dog or let out chickens to a overnight stay and then to living in 7 days a week for when they go on holiday all agreed dates in advance.
The role would only suit someone with a full driving license. A car could be available as part of a package or alternatively paying travel expenses for someone who wants to use their own car.
House sitting will entail, at one property care and occasional mucking out (when the groom is away) of two ponies and care of cats and chickens as well as dogs. All three houses have cleaners already, so if housesitting just keep houses tidy.
This role can be week time or weekend if house sitting occasionally, but plenty of notice of weekend work will be given. Bring your own lunch and food
