My client is a wonderful funny independent 84 year old lady who lives comfortably– while her housekeeper is on holiday.
A non invasive person who can be kind and considerate – Physically helping with things she is now not quite managing such as bed making and caring for her wonderful clothes -washing ironing wardrobe care as well as light housekeeping - its not onerous and works around her day and what she is doing.
Driving her to appointments – You can work your day out so she can have her own routine and poter about and perhaps come back and forward rather than be constantly there so take time out in the day so you can come back for supper= make little meals and clear up -make sure the house is warm – come and go through the day with chores combined with companionship. Get her cooking again
She enjoys her beauty – a Very glamorous lady nails hair well dressed she was high sheriff to lots of interesting moments.
Health wise no personal care but some Diverticulitus – some tummy troubles dizzy spells these have caused more of a loss of confidence about going out and away as its easier to be at home but a bit dull lonely – encourage any friends to visit. Welcome any family members such as her son Alex whos been wonderful
